Kaizen Tigers 3 - 4 year olds
We
believe the time between the ages of 3 and 4 are the most important
years of a child's development. Our program will enhance positive development
in a fun and motivating way.
The Kaizen Tigers program will also prepare your child for our Padawan’s and Junior Jedi Martial Arts Program, In the Kaizen Tigers classes, they will be exposed to positive social interaction., They will learn how to work with others and follow direction from their instructors.
The Kaizen Tigers curriculum consists of developing 8 major Skills That are necessary for participation in any sport or activity. Upon completion of our Kaizen Tigers Program, your child will become focused and motivated to achieve any goal they set in life!
The eight major skills your child will master are:
Focus, Team work, Control, Balance, Memory, Fitness, Discipline and coordination.
Padawan’s 5 & 7 year olds & Junior Jedi’s 8 – 11 year olds
The emphasis in the Padawan’s & Junior Jedi’s class is toward social development, co-ordination, improvement in academic and scholastic development, self esteem, integration within a family unit, fitness, and, of course self defence. One of the encouragement programmes for our junior classes is the use of merit type awards and badges. Unlike many other Schools we have opted to split up the ages of our junior classes. This enables us to have smaller classes and more personal integration with your child.
Young Adults 12 – 16 year olds
The self-image, confidence, discipline and control your Teenagers develop today, will determine the level of happiness and success they will experience as an adult.
Karate training also gives young people something gravely needed in today's society, the strength to say "NO" to negative peer pressure, and to replace the negative, with the positive in thought, word and deed.
Our students become leaders, not followers, within their peer groups.
By training alongside our Scottish, European and World Champions your teenager will be inspired to be the very best they can be. We offer the advantages your child needs in today's fast changing world.

Fitness Kickboxing
If you don't mind a little sweat and a little hard work, this is the place to be. A 30/45 minute session completely works your heart, mind and body from warm-up to cool down.
